Round Table thrives on creating concepts that are thoughtfully crafted and intentionally
distinct.
Rooted in Kuwait since 2011, Round Table was founded by Dawood Albader and Rashed
Alfoudari, whose shared passion for food and architecture continues to shape every project.
What began as an exploration of how space and flavor interact has evolved into a portfolio
of five restaurants; each built around a story.
Every idea begins with attention to the smallest details; those subtle elements that shape
the overall experience. Each concept is inspired by a dish, a space, a sound, or a region,
brought together to form a cohesive and immersive narrative.
To ensure authentic experience delivery, spaces are designed in-house; including their sonic
persona… while menu development evolves in parallel, creating a harmonic dialogue between
all elements of the concept.
Food is more than what’s served on a plate; it connects people, sparks conversation, and
creates lasting memories.
Originality, craftsmanship, and storytelling guide every decision. Concepts are built with
intention; from spatial design to sound and sensory cues; with each detail carefully
composed to create experiences that feel cohesive, considered, and immersive.
Interactive menus are designed to engage beyond taste alone, working in harmony with
immersive dining environments. Familiar influences are reinterpreted through a contemporary
lens, resulting in experiences that feel both grounded and unexpected.
By weaving together food, design, and atmosphere, spaces are created where ideas come alive,
and where the experience lingers long after the table is cleared.
Ananas is an equatorial bar that specializes in juice and coffee. Our light and breezy juices are freshly pressed in house with no preservatives nor added sugar.
A trip to the tropics is guaranteed. Our specialty coffee is sourced directly from Brazil, ground and roasted in-house. We believe in the “farm to cup” process.
Embracing slow passionate cooking techniques accompanied with premium ingredients, Mana offers a selection of carefully crafted dishes from mystical pockets around the world.

Inspired by the land of Thai, Ubon is the first contemporary Thai bistro in Kuwait with a compact menu of selective dishes, handpicked to meet every guest’s satisfaction.
Food at Ubon is a reflection of the wholesome Thai culture. We are always committed to quality, never compromising on standards.
When this project first came together, we imagined a spice club in northern India. Smells of cardamom, aniseed, and cloves filled the air.
The lively chatter is punctuated only by sounds of utensils on dinnerware. We are taken by the charm of bygone eras and far flung lands.
